Our cutlery is manufactured without coatings and independent laboratory testing confirms no intentionally added PFAS, with total fluorine levels below established method detection limits of ≤20 ppm.
It’s important to note that not all timber and non-timber cutlery items on the market meet these criteria. Coatings can affect both composting suitability and contamination risk. End-of-life outcomes depend on local acceptance criteria, and we recommend confirming requirements with local composting or collection providers.
